Executive Biographpy : Jay Bale - Director, eCommerce Operations

In June 2005, Jay Bale joined with Steve Szettella of 4word systems to specialize in e-commerce startup for small to mid sized businesses. Bale directs strategic planning and research for e-commerce operations. Since January of 2005, Jay Bale has been responsible for all aspects of new website development and search engine optimization for US-Mattress.com. Prior to assuming this role, Bale was Director of operations from 2000 to 2003 for the company. Prior to 2000, Bale was president of Mattress Express inc., a Southeast Michigan based mattress retailer. In December of 1992, Bale returned home from Kagawa Japan where he graduated with an advanced degree in Japanese language and cultural arts. While in Japan, Bale was employed with the Kaihan Train Company as well as acting as good will ambassador for Michigan Governor John Engler. While at Kaihan, Bale's main role was public relations. Bale, his wife, and 3 children reside near Ann Arbor Michigan
